For this ride we met up at at the Iron Horse Grill in Chino Valley for breakfast.  With Kickstands up at 9:30am with headed north on 89A with a rest stop in Williams.  Our route was planned for heading up the Grand Canyon Highway to Valle or Bedrock and catching the 180 thru the peaks to the Snow Bowl.  However there was considerable monsoon activity up the 180 so we continued east on I-40 to Bellemont where we stopped at Grand Canyon Harley.  After a short rest Mikey took the lead and led us through Flagstaff on to the 180 to the Arizona Snow Bowl.  Cat had brought some Sky Ride Coupons so after having lunch we to the ski lift up to the top.  For the return trip we took 180 west to Valle and on to Williams where most of us suited up for a wet ride home.  Just about 10miles from Paulden the sky came down on us and forced us to seek shelter until the storm passed.
