A great ride to take this time of year going south from Prescott.  This was a 3 day trip that included Wickenburg, Apache Junction, Florence, Tucson, Sells, Why, Ajo, Gila Bend, and back thru Wickenburg to Prescott.  The weather was great, more than enough to do along the way, and some great food.  On our return trip thru the Tohono O’odham Indian Reservation we discovered some rare ‘crested’ Saguaros.  We also grouped up with several bikers returning from the 2007 Rocky Point Rally.  We will be planning this trip again next year to include some great riding on the Catalina Highway up to Mt. Lemmon in the Coronado National Forest.
