A few Cabbers took time out to ride over to  Camp Verde to visit a new friend that we
met on our recent Payson ride, Bill Raper. Bill owns Nosho’s Auto and Cycle in Camp Verde.  Bill has been riding and working on motorcycles most of his life.  Nosho’s Automotive and Motorcycle Repair and Service repairs cars and trucks as well as custom bikes and motorcycles.  Bill is ASE Master Certified.  While we were there Bill
introduced us to Mike and Jesse who were busy working on a custom chopper and servicing an HD Touring bike.  Bill had quite a few used bikes out front including a BSA (Birmingham Side Arms) and a sharp looking Norton -Davidson.  If you are out in Camp Verde stop by Nosho’s on Hwy 260.  You can’t miss it..just look for the ‘old-school chopper’!  After our visit at Nosho’s we stopped by Carroll’s Diesel Repair just down the highway.  The owner, Mike Carroll or ‘mikey’ as the Cabbers call him wanted to show us his hot rod ‘funny car’.  Mikey built and raced ‘Little Foot’ and rumor has it that he ran
it off the track a few times.  Little Foot runs on methanol and sounds pretty mean when the little mother is cranked up.  Heya Mikey! thanks for starting Little Foot up for us.  Don’t forget to give us a call when you get ready to race ‘er next time would ya?
